Business Development Officer

Qualification and Experience
- Master’s Degree Holders: Preferably masters degree with 1 year of prior experience in relevant fields. (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Bachelor’s Degree Holders: Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years of prior experience in relevant fields
Job Description
- Engage with eCommerce, antivirus, and language test merchants daily, weekly, and monthly to increase transaction counts, amounts, and overall revenue.
- Oversee the activation and onboarding of merchants, ensuring a smooth integration into our platform.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, collaborating with merchants to create compelling offers and coordinating with internal teams for successful implementation.
- Conduct regular visits to merchants to strengthen relationships, perform stock checks, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with merchants to promote products and services, enhancing sales and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with branches for campaign promotions, ensuring alignment with merchant strategies.
- Handle day-to-day operations, including resolving transaction-related issues promptly, ideally within T+1 day.
- Foster strong partnerships with merchants through consistent communication, support, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and solve operational challenges efficiently.
- Willingness to travel regularly for merchant visits.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
