We are one of the leading General Insurance
Companies in Nepal and are seeking experienced and visionary staffs in the
following two positions to join our executive leadership team.
1. Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
The CFO will play a key role in shaping the company's financial future and
driving long-term strategic growth. This role requires a dynamic and hands-on
leader to oversee the financial operations, manage risk, and ensure the
financial health of the organization.
Qualifications:
- CA, Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA
preferred.
- 5+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the General
Insurance Industry and proven track record of driving financial strategy and operational
excellence.
2. Head-Reinsurance Department
The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise and a proven track record
in reinsurance strategy and operations. As the Head of Reinsurance, he/she will
drive the company's reinsurance strategy, manage risk, optimize reinsurance
programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a
strategic role, vital to the overall success and financial stability of the
organization.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or related
field; MBA or other relevant professional qualifications preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, with at least 2
years in a leadership or senior management role with Deep understanding of
reinsurance markets, structures (e.g., proportional, non-proportional,
facultative, treaty), and risk management principles, proven experience in
leading negotiations with reinsurers and structuring complex reinsurance
programs and excellent communication and relationship management skills.
