Qualification and Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in management in finance.
- Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in financial or remittance industry preferred.
Job Description
1. Oversee the research on money business service (MBS), industry trend, evaluation, and initial development of new products or services. Plans and participates in research projects.
2. Regular research and monitor the development in payment industry and regulator policy (NRB).
3. Assist the project department in project management providing the research resources.
4. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for R&D projects and findings.
5. Explore EMT to reach globally through digital remittance service and engaged in networking local and International prospective partners.
6. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to remittance processes, customer behavior, and financial performance.
7. Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
