- Drive sales and Growth: Implement strategies to meet targets, manage key relationship, and convert online leads
- Team leadership: Lead and mentor the regional team, ensuring high performance and compliance
- Risk and Compliances: Manage credit assessment, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory adherence
