Chief Provincial Manager/Assistant Chief Provincial Manager (Province Head – Few)
Main responsibilities:
- The overall responsibility shall include overseeing the smooth operation of the province.
He/She should be capable of setting and achieving competitive business targets, closely work with agent networks.
Should have a pleasing personality and be capable of handling the assigned responsibilities independently and work in a team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor level or equivalent from a reputed university.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Banking/Insurance sector or in the Marketing field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality will be preferred.
- Should be capable of leading various branch departments independently.
Marketing Manager/Deputy Marketing Manager/Assistant Marketing Manager (Branch Manager)

Senior Development Officer/Development Officer/Assistant Development Officer
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve the given business target.
- The overall responsibility shall include promoting marketing of the Company’s insurance products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Intermediate level equivalent from a reputed University.
- Relevant work experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality will be preferred.
