Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Agriculture, Climate change, livelihood, Good Governance and Water and Sanitation since 2005.
KIDS is implementing National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) support project under Global Fund Program in the partnership with Save the Children and coordination with NTCC in 13 districts namely Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Dang, Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Rolpa and NawalParasi (West) districts under Lumbini province and Surkhet, Kalikot, Salyan and Dailekh districts under Karnali Province, similarly KIDS is implementing HIV prevention program for migrant their spouses in Surkhrt district under Karnali Province. Connecting to these program, KIDS invites applications from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position:

1. TB Program

Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator (M&E) – 1

Duty Station: Project Office Butwal, Rupandehi and frequent visit to program districts.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Master in Public Health or Relevant Discipline with 3 years’ experience or Bachelor in Public Health or Relevant Discipline with 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Good coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good data quality assurance and analysis skill
  • Good computer skill and excellent ability to analysis of data & Documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and share program monitoring tools, forms formats and registers and check list.
  • Responsible for, monitoring and evaluation and documentation as per standards of NTP program and complying with the guideline provided by NTC/PR.
  • Prepare the progress program/achievements reports / presentation for different forums.
  • Build capacity of project staff in the use and content of the Monitoring and Evaluation tools.
  • Conduct data quality assessments to determine the validity, reliability, and integrity of performance data gathered.
  • Responsible to maintain data security, confidentiality and sharing protocols.
  • Provide support to District Program Coordinators to monitor progress in implementing activities.
  • Provide technical support to DPC and government entity for program implementation
  • Support PM and admin/finance officer and support performance vs financial verification whenever required

2. TB and HIV Program

Filed Coordinator (DPC) – 1

Duty Station: Project Office Surkhet and frequent visit to program districts.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor in Public Health with 5 years of relevant working experience, or Master in Public Health with 2 years of relevant working experience including project management
  • Excellent coordination skill with government officials and the ability to handle multiple task simultaneously.
  • Good computer skill and excellent ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge and skills in Monitoring and Evaluation.
  • Valid Driving License( 2 wheeler)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective implementation of TB and HIV program in program districts in close coordination and collaboration with provincial and local government.
  • Support to staffs on program implementation in program districts ( Dailekh, Kalikot, Salyan, Surkhet ).

3. TB Program

District Program Coordinator (DPC) – 2

Duty Station: Rupandeshi and Nawalparasi (West) under Lumbini Province.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelors in Public Health with 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good computer skill having ability to communicate in English and Nepali both verbal and written.
  • Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge and skills in program implementation and monitoring.
  • Driving License (2-Wheeler) will be in preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to support to Implement NTP activities at the district level in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders in the district
  • Prepare and implement district implementation plan of allocated activities linking with NTP’s district regular activities with the support of HO and district team members.
  • More than 60 % field trips will be planned to ensure timely completion of quality data collection and program.
  • Coordinate with all Cluster Team/ Field Team members including admin and finance & M&E coordinator to ensure timely planning & implementation of activities, disbursement of resources, supervision & monitoring, logistics availability etc.
