Assistant Manager
Location: Kathmandu
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience preferably in retail or a similar industry
- Strong sales and marketing acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple project and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skill and Knowledge:
1. Monitoring the overall sales, inventory and daily operation of all showrooms
2. Searching for potential B2B clients, preparing and sending quotations and making corporate deals
3. Planning for outlet expansion and handling expansion project
4. Conducting market survey and reporting accordingly
5. Preparing and presenting sales and marketing reports
6. Working closely with the marketing department and handling marketing activities and social media projects of the showroom
7. Handling customers service related issues by coordinating with the service center
