Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Required No.: One
(Executive Level)
- At least 12 years of experience in banks or financial institutions, including 5 years in a managerial position with exposure to credit areas. Should have the ability to solicit and onboard qualitative and sustainable business, considering the risk appetite of the bank. Should have sound knowledge of directives, rules, and regulations governing banking business and should possess exemplary leadership skills to lead and direct the team towards the achievement of strategic goals.
- Minimum Master degree in management or economics from a recognized university securing minimum 50% or equivalent aggregate marks.
Chief Risk Officer
Required No.: One
(Managerial Level)
- At least 10 years of experience in banks or financial institutions, including 5 years in an officer position, with inclusive exposure to the credit risk management function for more than 2 years. Should have sound knowledge of credit risk management, operations risk management, and IS risk management and should be able to drive the overall risk management functions of the bank in a manner such that banking activities are sustainable and resilient.
- Minimum Master degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university securing minimum 60% or equivalent aggregate marks.
Business Head

- At least 7 years of experience in banks or financial institutions in the credit function, with a minimum two year of experience as cluster/regional head in banks or financial institutions.
- Minimum Master degree in management/economics or equivalent from a recognized university securing minimum 50% or equivalent aggregate marks.
Cluster Head

- Minimum 7 years banking experience with at least 5 years of experience as leader in credit role of branches/offices.

Chartered Accountant

- Minimum 2 years posts qualification experience in BFIs preferable.
