Senior Admin and Finance Manager
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BBS) or Master’s degree (MBA/MBS) with 5+ years of experience in Finance and Account management role preferably in development sector. Strong proficiency in accounting software, particularly Swastik, advanced Excel, and financial statement preparation. Expert knowledge on audit, review and verification techniques and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust financial strategy in alignment with the foundation’s objectives. Provide leadership to the finance team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies, to ensure financial transparency, accountability and compliances (donors and regulatory) are meet.
- Oversee the preparation and management of the foundation’s budget, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the management of funds, investments, and other financial assets of the foundation.
- Ensure all legal and statutory compliances are timely and adequately adhered and the checklist duly maintained (including Audit, SWC compliances, renewal of documents etc).
- Focal person for any government liaison specifically on financial and admin issues/ compliances.
- Conduct statutory audit.
