The company has obtained License from Ministry of Culture, Tourism & Civil Aviation on May 5, 2017 and had acquired No objection Certificate (NOC) from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal on Dec 6, 2017 to import/acquire 3 units of AS350 B3 Series Helicopters. The promoter/share holder consists of the various personnel from aviation, banking, tourism sector and other prominent businessmen.

Job Description

The Finance Officer will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities, reporting, and compliance for the organization. The role involves diverse responsibilities spanning financial reporting, invoicing, payroll, payment management, reconciliation, budgeting, and more. The Finance Officer will ensure accurate and transparent financial processes, support audits, and contribute to the organization's financial well-being. 

  • Handle bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts, and daily entries for accuracy and who has exposure in NFRS Framework.
  • Engage in developing company annual budget and procurement plan. They'll create and update expense planning sheets and facilitate purchase acquisitions. 
  • Be responsible for the compliance of monthly VAT and TDS returns and drive VAT and TDS reconciliations. Lead financial closure, preparing comprehensive statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Changes in Equity. Collaborate with auditors, obtain necessary certificates like Tax Clearance, Tax Residency, and manage bonus calculations and tax returns. 
  • Ensure bank reconciliations aligning bank statement with the financial records. Petty cash management and cash reconciliation will be consistently maintained to promptly address discrepancies. 
  • Efficient payment execution for vendors, consultants, and partners will be managed by the Finance Officer. They'll communicate payment details and oversee check preparation for non-bank transfers. Additionally, they'll handle insurance and CIT transactions, ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations.
