1. Head – Research (Senior Officer – Corporate Office) :
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management from recognized University or CA with the following key skills.
- Strong sense of creativity in the process of thinking new product ideas and development
- Ability to drive improvements in conceptualization of ideas to attract new markets
- Ability to formulate innovation initiatives aligned to the Bank’s vision, mission and values
- Experience in working as part of multidisciplinary team
- Excellent analytical and predictive analysis skills and proficient in data analysis tools
- Advise and guide in product management, strategy, transformation, technology, sales, client support and finance to identify industry, market segments and client needs
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Banks & Financial Institutions in case of candidates with Master’s/CA degree and at least 8 years of experience in case of candidates with Bachelor’s degree.
2. Branch Managers (Supervisor to Senior Officer – Inside and Outside Valley): A few
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of management from recognized University or CA/ACCA/Semi qualified CA with the following key skills.
- Skillful in promotion & sales of banking services
- Skillful in promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and motivation of staff
- Strong orientation of compliance
Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience in Banks & Financial Institutions in a supervisory role.
3. Relationship Managers (Assistant to Junior Officer – Inside and Outside Valley): A few
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of management from recognized University or CA/ACCA/Semi qualified CA with the following key skills.
- Knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and NRB Directives.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience for Officer level in any Banks & Financial Institutions and at least 2 years of working experience for Assistant level
4. Junior Assistant – Inside and Outside Valley: A few
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of management from recognized University with following skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of working experience in any Banks & Financial Institutions.
5. Management Trainee (MT – Inside and Outside Valley): 20 Nos.
Qualification & Requirement:
The candidate must have at least Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or any stream of Management with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.25 from recognized university.
- Age not exceeding 30 years as on application deadline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
(Management Trainee is an entry level position where the successful candidates will undergo comprehensive on- the- job training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up mid – level positions. Upon successful completion of training period, selected candidates will be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.)
The selection process shall involve the following:
- Written Exam
- Group Discussion
- Final Interview
6. Junior Assistant(Contract) – Inside and Outside Valley: 50 Nos.
Qualification & Requirement:
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any stream of management from recognized University with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 from SLC onwards.
- Age not exceeding 28 years as on application deadline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
The selection process shall involve the following:
1) Written Exam
2) Final Interview
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process as per Bank’s requirement. Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification. Priority will be given to candidates of local level / area.
