candidate as follows.
1. Job Position: Province Head
Main Responsibilities: The overall
responsibility shall include overseeing the smooth operation of Province.
He/She should be capable of setting and achieving competitive business targets,
closely work with Agents network. Should have a pleasing personality and be
capable of handling the assigned responsibilities independently and work in a
team.
Requirements: Must have 5 years working
experience in Marketing field, should have a bachelor’s Degree from reputed
University. Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality along with
Master’s Degree in Management will be preferred.
2. Job Position: HR Officer
Main Responsibilities: He/She should be capable
of handling the assigned responsibilities independently and work in a team.
Should be able to manage smooth operation of HR, Administration &
Procurement of HO including all the branch offices. Should have a pleasing
personality and be capable of handling the assigned responsibilities
independently and work in a team.
Requirements: Minimum Graduate or equivalent
from reputed University with 5 years of work experience in the related field
required. Computer skill with in-depth knowledge of Computer with Nepali
typing. Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality will be
preferred.
3. Job Position: IT Officer
Main Responsibilities: Responsible on
monitoring, managing and enhancement of existing core software/ mobile
application/database. Develop add on software/web/mobile applications. Should
have a pleasing personality and be capable of handling the assigned responsibilities
independently and work in a team.
Requirements: Minimum Graduate or equivalent
from reputed University with 2 years of work experience in software &
mobile application development. Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant
personality will be preferred.
4. Job Position: Internal Auditor (Head of Department)
Main Responsibilities: Responsible to Perform
and Control and the full audit cycle including risk management and control and
compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
Requirements: Must be CA/ACCA with minimum one
year of work experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant
personality will be preferred.
5. Job Position: Branch Incharge/ Marketing Officer
Main Responsibilities: He/She should be capable
of handling the assigned responsibilities independently and work in a team. The
overall responsibility shall include promoting and tying up of Insurance
Products with Financial Institutions, along with other institutional clients.
He/she should be capable of setting and achieving competitive business targets.
Requirements: Minimum Bachelors level or
equivalent from reputed University. Minimum three years of work experience in
banking/Insurance sector or in the Marketing field. Excellent interpersonal
skills and pleasant personality will be preferred.
Remuneration and other facilities will be as per
Company rules.
