1. Merchant Banking - RTS

 Merchant Banking- RTS - Sanima Capital (Officer level)
> Corporate position: Junior Officer - Officer
> Education: Minimum Master’s Degree from recognized university
> Experience: At least three/four years of experience in relevant field
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022

Merchant Banking- RTS - Sanima Capital (Assistant level)
> Corporate position: Junior Assistant - Assistant
> Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized university
> Experience: At least one year of experience in relevant field
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022

2. Merchant Banking - Issue Management

> Corporate position: Senior Assistant - Officer
> Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Law or Finance or Economics for Senior Assistant and Minimum Master’s Degree in Management or Law or Finance or Economics from recognized university for Junior Officer/Officer
> Experience: At least two and three/four years of experience respectively in relevant field for applying to Senior Assistant and Junior Officer/Officer level respectively.
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022

3. Merchant Banking - DP Services

> Corporate position: Contract/ Junior Assistant
> Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized university
> Experience: At least one year of experience in relevant field. Freshers can apply for contractual position.
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022

4. Business Development and Marketing

> Corporate position: Assistant - Senior Assistant
> Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized university
> Experience: At least two years of experience in the field of sales and marketing
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022

5. Investment Banking - Research Assistant

> Corporate position: Junior Assistant - Assistant
> Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics or Finance from recognized university
> Experience: At least one year of experience in relevant field

6. Investment Banking - Mutual Fund Operation

> Corporate position: Junior Assistant
> Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized university
> Experience: At least one year of experience in relevant field
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022

7. Investment Banking - PMS Operation

> Corporate position: Contract/ Junior Assistant
> Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized university
> Experience: At least one year of experience in relevant field. Freshers can apply for contractual position.
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022

8. Investment Banking - PMS Analyst

> Corporate position: Contract/ Junior Assistant
> Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized university
> Experience: At least one year of experience in relevant field. Freshers can apply for contractual position.
> Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on March 30, 2022

Candidates should clearly specify the personal and professional details and name of organization they are working at present. Candidates are not encouraged to apply for more than one position higher than their current corporate position.

Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection process

Education qualification of candidates shall be given secondary importance in case s/he holds considerable years of relevant experience. Capital reserves the right to accept and reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The decision of the Capital in this regard shall be final and binding to the applicants.

Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification.
