Trainee Assistant – Sales And Marketing

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelors completed or running with qualification as Junior Technical assistant (JTAs in Plant Science/Animal Science) from CTEVT or affiliated institutions
  • Bachelors completed or running in Plant or Animal Science

Experience:

  • Fresher can apply.
  • Preference to candidate with at least 1-year experience in job market

Job Description

  • Coordinate and interact with prospective customers to constantly grow sales of insurance products and portfolio
  • Meet company provided sales target
  • Oversee and monitor team members based on KPIs
  • Perform proper and regular follow-up with the leads generated to meet sales target
  • Keep record of the daily follow-ups and report to the supervisor on business developments and leads conversion
  • Understand customer need and guide them in buying insurance
  • Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary examinations and completion of appropriate forms
  • Act pro-active in providing better services to the customers
  • Other duties as required

Job Description

  • Plan, establish, and manage projects and serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects
  • Understand and identify technical and departmental needs of the assigned projects, communicate findings, and make recommendations
  • Assess routinely software development and implementation progress of various departments
  • Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of the project.
  • Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines.
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to team members and the Head of Departments
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
  • Trains cross-departmental team members on the technical developments and generates feedbacks on system implementation.
