Senior Assistant- Microfinance Department
Job Description
- To assist to provide a responsive, effective and efficient training programs to microfinance institutions.
- Assist to deliver training programs to microfinance.
- Assist in delivering Financial Literacy Programs to the Banks and Financial Institutions and as well as to the community level.
- Assist to co-ordinate with the team and clients and plan/conduct conference/workshop/seminars as per planning.
- Assist to conduct Training Need Assessment.
- Ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Ensure the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly targets are achieved as per the planning while ensuring quality delivery by liaising with support.
- Preparation of training material.
- Support immediate supervisor as per request/ need.
- Also support for the activities within the department.
- To ensure there is an efficient sales through regular follow up calls.
- To ensure the trainer is updated about the details about the training programs.
- To make sure that a favorable relationship is maintained with respective HR people through microfinance visits and regular follow up calls.
- Reflection of organizational performance by preparation of different reports. (Programs Conducted, Feedback Segregation)
- Preparation of Invitation Letters for the upcoming confirmed programs, send it to the trainers and co-ordinate with them.
- Consolidate the invitation letters with finance for settlement after the delivery of service.
- Other support activities (conference, programs, workshops, etc.)
- Getting updated with the current market scenario.
- Maintaining Trainers’ updated list regarding their fees, emails, contact number, etc.
- Report writing of various events relating to program.
Requirements & Qualification
- Must have Bachelor’s degree, however Master’s degree is preferred.
- Below 28 years.
Skills & Knowledge
- Self-driven, action-oriented, passionate with ‘Can-do’ attitude
- High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, Photoshop, video editing for designing training materials purpose.
- Work experience in Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Past experience working in a microfinance institution will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Nepali.
- Must have good communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Should be able to handle pressure at work.
- Willingness to travel outside Kathmandu valley when required
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to consider options for flexibility when providing a customer-focused service
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of job experience
