Admission Officer/Manager

Job Title: Admission Officer/Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Negotiable
Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal effectively with new and existing clients
- Provide correct and complete information to the client
- Communicate effectively with clients and Admission Manager in Australia
- Collect, check, file and attach clients’ documents effectively and accurately
- Prepare, check and lodge offer applications
- Prepare, check and lodge Genuine Temporary Entrantdocuments
- Edit clients’ submission including Statement of Purpose
- Enter and maintain clients’ information in CRM system
- Any other tasks the management will allocate to you time to time
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent English language ability
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be outspoken and have the positive attitude
- Outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality
Required Experiences:
3 to 5 years preferably in service industry visa application processing
