Job Specification:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree
- Experience: 5+ years in Admin/HR
- Proficient on Microsoft Office package (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1. HR:
- Manage and implement HR policies and procedures effectively
- Accomplish the variety of HR functions including recruitment, benefits & compensation, training & development, employee relationships and compliance
- Supervise and administer company benefits programs
2. Admin:
- Carry out administrative related tasks
(Policy Development/ Procurement/ Asset Management/ GR/ PR/ Insurance Management/
Community Issues etc. )
