CA (Finance Manager/Financial Analyst)- 4
- CA with at least 3 years of experience in financial management and analysis.
- Solid understanding of financial management, accounting and banking.
- Strong analytical and resource allocation skills.
- Should display Effective leadership qualities.
Admin Officer – 5
- Masters level education in related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in the real estate and/or media sector.
- Should be a team player, adaptive and quick learner.
- Should have good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.
- Should have sound knowledge of operations, general procurement, asset management documentations, compliances, and people administration.
- Should be good at typing and formal communication in both Nepali and English, possesses 2-wheeler driving license.
Account Officer – 5
- Master level education in related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate and/or media sector
- Should be experienced in book keeping, cost management and should have sound knowledge of accounting software.
- Should be detail oriented, adaptive, flexible and a learner.
- Should have sound knowledge about correspondences, MIS and tax system of the country.
Marketing Officer: Real Estate – 4, Media -4
- Master level education in related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing in real estate and/or media sector.
- Should be a learner, result oriented and flexible.
- Should have excellent at time management, creative thinking, net working, conflict resolution, strategies development and execution.
- Should be good at communicating, client management, event organization.
