Position: MEP Engineer
Required: 1
Must Have:
– Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering.
– At least 5+ years of Construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
– Working knowledge of plans, prints, specification, schematics, CAD, BIM, Building Codes etc.
– Excellent communication, problem solving, teamwork.
Position: Site Supervisor (MEP)
Required: 1
Must Have:
– Minimum experience of 3+ years in field of MEP construction (electrical preferred).
– Technically Minded, Industry Knowledge of Prints, plans, Specification, Schematics, CAD etc.
– Daily morning evening reporting.
– Contractor, manpower Management.
Position: Engineer Finishes / Interior
Required: 1
Must Have:
– Proven experience of 8+ years in Hospitality Industry.
– Making plans using detailed drawings.
– Making accurate project specifications, BBQ, Estimates, Budgets etc.
– Tracking and Reporting Work Progress on day to day basis.
– Scheduling, milestone, pert follow up, materials planning, resource utilization etc.
Position: Site Supervisor Finishes
Required: 2
Must Have:
– Minimum experience of 3+ years in filed of interior works.
– Technical Minded, Industry Knowledge.
– Daily morning evening reporting.
– Communication, negotiation skills.

Position: Procurement Manager
Required: 1
Must Have:
– Proven experience of 8+ years.
– Interpersonal Skills.
– Strong negotiation skills.
– Impeccable time-management, Strategic Thinking.
– Understanding of Local as well as global market.
– Should be able to evaluate manage RFP and tender documents, Comparisons etc.
Position: Store In-charge
Required: 1
Must Have:
– Minimum experience of 8+ years.
– Store Management, Stock Control, Packaging,
– Good command over Microsoft excel and inventory management softwares, emails etc.
– Excellent Communication skills.
– Should be excellent in maintaining stocks, registers, records, materials Management etc.
Position: Senior Accountant
Required: 1
Must Have:
– Minimum experience of 8+ years.
– Must be able to liaison with banks officials, government offices etc.
– Ensure all statutory, financial compliance and monitoring costs and output..
– Preparing the budget, cash flow and authorizing payments to vendors as per the contract and law.
– Also must be efficient in handling all day to day transactions.
