Duties:
- The major responsibility is to source potential venture investment opportunities, find potential partners and conduct detailed investment analysis of companies in the investment pipeline.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience
- Completed Master’s Degree with specialization in finance or equivalent professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA
- Strong networking and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Investment Manager (Capital Market) – 1
Reports to: Managing Director
Duties:
- The major responsibility is to generate attractive returns on the stock market portfolio through value based investments.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience
- Completed Master’s Degree with specialization in finance or equivalent professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA
- Strong networking and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Assistant Investment Manager (Ventures) -1
Reports to: Investment Manager (Ventures)
Duties:
- The major responsibility is to assist Investment Manager (Ventures) in investment analysis.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in management
- Completed Master’s Degree with specialization in finance or equivalent professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA
- Solid experience of constructing and reviewing financial models
- Strong passion for scaling up startups and SMEs
- Adept in creating insights and producing value creation plans for portfolio companies
- Strong analytical, problem solving and execution skills
Assistant Investment Manager (Capital Market) – 1
Reports to: Investment Manager (Capital Market)
Duties:
- The major responsibility is to assist Investment Manager (Capital Market) in generating attractive returns through development of robust investment strategies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Nepalese capital market
- Completed Master’s Degree with specialization in finance or economics or equivalent professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA
- Solid experience of constructing and reviewing financial models
- Adept in developing and executing investment strategies with excellent performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hunger for intellectual growth and alignment to value investment philosophy preferred
Investment Analyst (Capital Market) – 1
Reports to: Assistant Investment Manager (Capital Market)
Duties:
- The major responsibility is to conduct rigorous company analysis for investment recommendations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Nepalese capital market
- Completed MBA in finance or in process of getting equivalent professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA
- Good analytical, report writing, and communication skills
- Hunger for intellectual growth and alignment to value investment philosophy preferred
Investment Analyst (Economics) – 1
Reports to: Assistant Investment Manager (Capital Market)
Duties:
- The major responsibility is to provide insightful comments on economic developments that can impact our investments.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Completed MA in economics or equivalent
- Good analytical, report writing, and communication skills
Investment Analyst (Real Estate) – 1
Reports to: Assistant Investment Manager (Real Estate)
Duties:
- The major responsibility is to conduct rigorous real estate research on a national scale for investment recommendation.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Nepalese real estate market
- Completed MBA/MBS
- Good analytical, report writing, and communication skills
Associate Investment Analyst – 2
Reports to: Investment Analyst
Duties:
- The major responsibility is to collect and analyze data as well as produce various research reports.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Master’s degree with specialization in finance or economics or equivalent professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with Nepalese capital market/real estate
- Proficient in MS-Excel and financial data analysis
- Good report writing and communication skills
Strategic Partnership Officer- 1
Reports to: Managing Director
Duties:
- The major responsibility is to identify and build relationships with high net worth individuals for investments in our projects, funds and ventures.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service
- Completed Master’s degree with specialization in marketing
- Exceptional interpersonal skill
- Outstanding verbal & written communication with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
