Application Technical Support Officer (CBS Finacle)
Corporate Position: Senior Assistant to Officer
Location: Head Office
Summary
Education: Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Application/Engineering in Computer or related subject from recognized university for applying to Senior Assistant to up to Officer Level respectively.
Experience: Two, three and four years of experience in commercial bank with at least one, two and three years of exposure in the area of Finacle CBS Support, Customization and its integration, for applying to Senior Assistant, Junior Officer and Officer Level respectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finacle CBS Support, Customization and its integration.
- Provide support for Functional & technical issues in Finacle.
- Perform Finacle related activities like define and running batch Jobs, conduct EOD/BOD, Reporting, Backup & Restoration, PSP patch deployment and trouble shooting.
- Perform Finacle products and services configuration, Functional testing, system configuration and parameterization.
- Work with internal/external team in integrating Finacle with other applications and customizing Finacle.
Required Job Knowledge
- Good understanding of general banking knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Finacle 10.x architecture and core features, functionalities and architectures.
- Good knowledge of Finacle configuration, parameterization and customization.
- Understanding of Connect24, Finacle Integrator (FI), Finacle scripting, ISO 8583 messages, ISO 20022 message standard, ATM interface.
- Understanding of Oracle database, Finacle data dictionary, PL/SQL, ETL, report designing, Java development and APDM.
- Good Knowledge of RHEL and IBM WebSphere Application server.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on October 20, 2021.
