Marketing Department – 3
Manager Level – 1
Assistant Level- 2
Eligible Criteria:
For Manager Level – 1
- Minimum Master’s Degree in related subject from a recognized university.
- Should have at least 4years of experience in Bank/Financial Institution.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
For Assistant Level -2
- Minimum +2 in related subject. Should have at least 2 years of experience in marketing related field in Bank/ Financial Institution.
- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years.

IT Officer-1
Officer Level
Eligible Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related subject from a recognized university and having at least 5 years’ experience in BFIs.
- Preference will be given to having IT related overall banking knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in IT Officer in any BFIs.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
Location: Kathmandu
Branch Manager
Officer Level
Eligible Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field from a recognized university and having at least 5 years’ experience in BFIs.
- Preference will be given to having overall banking knowledge and at least 3 years of experience as Branch Manager or Credit In charge in any BFIs.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
Job Location: Kathmandu
Relationship Officer
Assistant Level
Eligible Criteria:
- Minimum +2 in related subject
- 2 years of experience in Credit & marketing related field in Bank/Financial institution
- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years
Job Location: Simara
Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from shortlisted candidates. Progressive Finance reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. Canvassing at any stage of the process will lead to automatic disqualification.
