Manager, Technical Knowledge Management and Donor Outreach

Summary of Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible to focus on both development of knowledge products such as technical research, primers, and capability statements for use on Helen Keller projects and proposals; will also mentor country project teams to amplify the visibility of project achievements through social media, digital platforms, and printed communications; establishes and maintains connections with relevant partners and industry experts, improves knowledge sharing and thought leadership to deliver technical solutions, and coaches field staff in increasing visibility through social media and engaging donor audiences

Educational qualifications and experiences:

  • Master of Public Health or other relevant; postgraduate degree, or equivalent combination of education
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience supporting business development, communications or program design for a non-profit
  • Solid knowledge of international development industry trends in Health Systems, Food Systems, Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture, Nutrition Epidemiology, Market-based and Market linked Nutrition, Food and Nutrition Security, and/or Resilience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English is required, including strong verbal and written; communication skills

Measurement and Learning Specialist (Asia)

Location: Kathmandu

Summary of Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible to oversee technical quality for program measurement for continuous learning and adaptation; provide technical and other support for business development and external relations; and provide global technical support in specific areas of strategic importance for the organization; will work closely with all members of the global program team supporting projects, as well as with management, finance and compliance professionals, as needed; lead or participate in a variety of working groups and management; coordination teams

Educational qualifications and experiences:

  • Graduate degree in public health, international health, or related field, plus minimum of eight years of progressively responsible international measurement, evaluation, and research experience for large and complex projects, or equivalent combination of education and experience ; experience in measurement, evaluation, and learning in a broad range of technical areas across the public health spectrum (e.g. nutrition, food security, agriculture, maternal, neonatal, and child health; health systems strengthening)
