ADRA Nepal invites applications from qualified candidates for upcoming USAID Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) Project in Nepal.
1. Director of Data Collection, Analytics and Use: One (Kathmandu based)
Qualification and Competencies:
> Masters or higher degree in Statistics, project design/implementation, research methods, M&E or a related field; a minimum of 8 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, study design/management or statistical analysis in the development sector, with increasing levels of responsibility; an exceptional grasp of data analytics/statistical analysis; the demonstrated ability to independently conduct analysis of large datasets, including quantitative and qualitative data sets; experience with and command of one or more data/statistical analysis programmes/software. Ability to conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting of publishable quality; experience implementing adaptive management; experience with survey design, or the design and testing of data collection instruments preferred; ability to independently develop monitoring and reporting systems that include appropriate indicators, baseline data, targets; and a plan to evaluate performance and produce timely, accurate and complete reporting; Strong technical skills in data analysis, including at least one of the following: SPSS, Stata, or SAS.
