Officer Level – Few (Branch Management)

Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on last date of vacancy
Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking sector and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking sector.
Selection Process: Interview
Job Location: Outside valley

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Should be acquainted with sales, credit and operations functions along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.
Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the branch.
Should have enthusiasm and commitment to fulfill the branch business and targets.

Sr. Assistant/Supervisor – Few (Credit Department)

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of vacancy.
Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking sector and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking sector.

Job Location: Outside valley

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities and excellent knowledge of required unit.

Junior Assistant Trainee – Few

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of vacancy
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University.
Selection Process: Interview or written examination and interview
Job Location: Outside valley

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Candidates having driving license will be an added advantage
Should possess excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
Should have the ability to work under pressure
Should be computer literate with working knowledge of office applications

Messenger – Few

Selection Process: Interview
Job Location: Outside valley
Qualification: SLC or equivalent

Other Requirement:

Candidates having driving license will be an added advantage
Priority shall be given to local candidate
