Chief Risk Officer (Assistant Manager) – for Kathmandu -01
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in management/economics
Job Specification
- Minimum 3 years experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in Credit / Risk department.
- Strong understanding of NRB Directives, commercial law, and credit guidelines.
- Should have strong ability for identifying and evaluating credit risk during credit appraisal.
- Should have strong ability for evaluating operating risk and other relevant risks in BFIs.
- Strong knowledge of operation and credit compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in team environment.
- Having valid driving license.
Job Descriptions:
- Implement risk management methodologies for lending and operational risk in the bank.
- Ensure the organization’s risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic objectives of the bank.
- Due analysis of credit files, grading risk and forwarding for approval.
- Responsible for minimizing NPL by smart evaluation of credit files during approval process.
- Should act as secretariat in Risk Management Committee. Prepare and present report of Risk Department
- Responsible for the governance and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate and monitor the company’s operational and strategy risk.
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the Risk management department and oversee members of the risk management team.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.
Account Officer (Officer / Sr. Officer) – For Kathmandu – 01
Education and Qualification:
- CA or Semi Qualified CA or Bachelor’s degree in management
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Strong technical understanding of NRB Directives.
- Must have strong knowledge of NFRS, IFRS.
- Must be familiar with Nepalese taxation system.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in team environment.
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Having valid driving license.
Job Descriptions:
- Preparation of Financial Statements, Quarterly Financial statements, MIS.
- Responsible for NRB Reporting.
- Timely Submission of Tax to government.
- Handling Treasury function, bid placement, fund placement,
- Making investment decisions, purchase of investment
- Work as secretariat in ALCO and other committees.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
Assistant/Relationship Manager (Jr. Assistant/ Assistant/ Sr. Assistant) – For Kathmandu, Hetauda, Pokhara, Butwal, Chitwan – Few
Education and Qualification:
- 10+2 and above in Management/ Economics
Job Specifications:
- Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adapt in new environment.
- Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
- Having good sense of customer service & compliance.
- Having valid two wheeler driving license.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
