1) Head Strategy (Manager M3/M4/M5)


Job Purpose

The position is responsible for defining structure and execution of strategic initiatives in the Bank through development of work plans, gathering and generating relevant data, driving analysis and development of actionable recommendations. The candidate must lead the overall strategy area including development and production of strategic plans, managing business reviews, performance update analysis, and presentation along with review of the Bank’s practice and process with an aim for Process Re-Engineering for improving efficiencies in all areas of Banking. The candidate must also drive the Bank towards new initiatives on the Business side in terms of expanding the Bank’s customer onboarding and service delivery efforts, along with driving the Bank’s efforts at revamping its entire document framework, enhancing service excellence with an aim at moving away from traditional financial planning to modern thinking in terms of the Bank’s long term direction, in order to ensure that Bank maintains its industry stewardship.

The candidate must be able to work side-by-side with Bank’s sales, support, control and compliance pillars. The candidate needs to deliver high-impact road maps while deeply supporting day-to-day operation efforts in order to drive the business forward.

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for overseeing planning, development and execution of the Bank’s overall marketing, advertising and brand strengthening initiatives. CMO ensures the organization's message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives. CMO shall be responsible for driving Bank’s non-lending products and services sales on the deposits, products and retail transaction banking sides, with a strong agenda on the digital sales arena.

4)Head- Credit and Administration Support (Manager M1/M2)


Job Purpose

The position is responsible for overall supervision and monitoring of post sanction of loans to customers by managing and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations of credit administration along with credit operations. The candidate is expected to work towards a centralized Credit Administration regime in order to bring efficiencies through automation and digitization projects in post credit approval, monitoring, reporting areas in close coordination with the Digital Banking area of the Bank, with an aim to take over all post approval administrative works from the sales pillar, to enhance the Bank’s overall sales initiatives/focus.

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for administration and efficient operation of managing entire branch including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives, with primary focus on sales and customer on-boarding. The role holder shall be primarily responsible to lead and steer the branch efficiently and effectively to achieve the objectives/targets set by the Bank. The role holder is responsible for supporting Head IT in developing and executing information technology strategies, explore for technological innovation in co-ordination with Digital Banking wing of the Bank. 8)Digital Sales (Officer O2/M1/M2/M3)



Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for sales of Bank’s digital products to the customers in coordination with Digital Banking teams of the Bank. As a Digital Sales Officer or Digital Sales Manager, candidate needs to formulate bank’s digital sales strategy and meet exponential sales targets with following responsibilities:

·     Develop digital product sales strategy. Own end-to-end product strategy for digital banking products catering to Individuals like Savings account. Understand customer requirements, market gaps / need gaps and drive releases.

·     Product Ownership along with sales which includes conceptualization, prioritization and delivering projects, collaborating among cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to manage end-to-end implementation.

·     Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth

·     Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization

·     Propose creative new projects from building data set to creating opportunities in new as well as existing customers

·     Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results

·     Identify industry trends and insights

·     Responsibilities will include understanding requirements, customer journey, product gaps, helping to define a product vision/ strategy and working with cross functional teams to execute it.

·     Responsible for managing and leading the complete product lifecycle.

Job Purpose

The role holders require approving of credit cases related to Retail Loans and Small and Medium Sectors Loans (Working Capital financing, Term loan, import loan, etc.) based on proposals submitted by credit underwriters or relationship managers taking into consideration the risk and return on each sector, delinquency trends, sectoral risks, Bank’s credit policy and regulatory regime.
