Experience: Minimum 10 years banking experience with at least 5 years experience in leadership role.
Coverage Area: Branches of Kaski, Tananhu, Syangjya, Parbat, Baglung and Mustang District
Additional Skills/Experiences:
- Ability to lead and drive team for the attainment of goals
- Develop and implement innovative and sustainable business growth strategies
- Revitalize business retention strategy and creates avenues for excellent banking service to customers
- Developing and sustaining quality relationships with clients, stakeholders and public
Age: Below 45 years
