Specification
> Must have completed Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from the recognized institute
> At least 3 years of working experience in Construction in any field Building, Hydropower, and Bridge
> Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written
> Should have good communication skills
> Should have experience in the construction field
> Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
> Candidate must have own vehicle and valid driving license

Job Description
> Working alongside civil engineers, structural engineers, architects, and surveyors use the technical skills to make sure that building sites are fit for purpose
> Being the main technical adviser on the construction site you will set out, survey, and level the building site
> Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
> Responsible for planning, marking out and leveling construction sites before any building work takes place
> Responsible for the procurement and management of construction materials that are used on-site
> Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate
> Making sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract

> Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time
> Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
> Working alongside civil engineers, structural engineers, architects, and surveyors use the technical skills to make sure that building sites are fit for purpose
