Portfolio Associate (1)
The
primary function of the role is to manage the portfolio of clients and support
senior PMS associates and relationship managers in managing the portfolio of
the clients while building long-term relationships with clients to support
their investment decision. The role shall closely work with the PMS business
and operation unit to ensure timely and complete recording, reconciliation, and
documentation in relation to the business.
Roles
and Responsibilities
- Manage the
portfolio of the clients. Identify the client's need and propose the
solution.
- Build and
improve strong relationship with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist the
supervisor in various administrative works related to the portfolio
management service.
- Report to
designated supervisor on a day to day course of action regularly.
- Liaison
with the client to inform them about their portfolio and provide them with
analysis date as per the client- company agreement.
- Attend to
client's grievances and resolve client complaints promptly.
- Provide
clients with comprehensive product/service consultation and guide them to

Associate Mutual Fund Operations (2)
The
purpose of this role is to handle all the administrative task related to Mutual
Fund Schemes of Nabil Invest and assist assigned schemes managers in order to
smoothen the day to day operation of mutual fund schemes.
Roles
and Responsibilities
- Assist the
supervisor/scheme manager in various administrative works related to the
Mutual Fund.
- Coordinate
with brokers to receive trade bills or notes, get the purchased shares
credited, and settle receivables and payables on timely basis.
- Ensure
timely execution of EDIS and related activities for the assigned schemes.
- Timely
preparation and submission of the proposals for investment in IPOs, Rights
issues, auction bidding.
- Execute
all the financial entries of scheme/s in accounting system on time on
daily basis
- Frequent
follow up with concerned stakeholders to ensure timely realization of
accrued dividend and interests of the assigned scheme/s
- Ensure
compliance with Mutual Fund Regulations, 2067, Income Tax Act, 2058 and
other governing laws
- Regularly
follow up the financial institutions to obtain best interest quote for the
fund placement
- Periodic
stock and bank reconciliations
- Preparation
of periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and
annually) and ensuring the timely reporting to the concerned stakeholders
and coordination with media for publication, if needed
- Liaison
with auditors, regulator or any other governing authority and address
their queries

The
purpose of this job is to use digital channels to reach customers, build brand

typography, composition, and color. Prospect candidate needs to have creative

Associate PE-VC Accounts Officer
The
PE-VC Associate will be primarily responsible to source, screen and manage the
portfolio of early growth companies of the. The PE-VC Associate is expected to
achieve this via good communication skills, forward-looking relationship
development/management with the investee companies, operationalize management
information systems to document the fund’s overall status and analyze
multi-faceted financial risks and opportunities leading to an overall sound
performance of the Fund.
Roles
and Responsibilities
- Work
closely with the Corporate Advisory team to source and screen potential
companies that meet the Fund’s criteria for investment
- Undertake
due diligence coupled with extensive research on the selected companies to
verify the company’s overall legal and financial status
- Develop
financial models of the selected companies to arrive at valuations
- Support
the Investment Manager in each and every investment cycle, deal structuring
and negotiations, fund operations via accurate documentation and timely
communication
- Formulation
of micro and macro-level business strategies for the overall Fund and the
investee companies through up-to-date and thorough industry and regulation

Officer – 1 (One)
The
purpose of the job is to assist and support Accounts, Operations and
Administration Unit of Nabil Invest to fulfill its duties and responsibilities
effectively and efficiently. The employee being an integral part of the team
maintaining efficient and accurate accounting and finance function within Nabil
Invest. This job requires an employee to process and reconcile a wide variety
of accounting documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee
reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, bank statements and journal
vouchers; review and code financial information; prepare and process documents
to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review
information for accuracy; and maintain records. Work is performed by applying
knowledge of accounting terminology and using spreadsheets and/or automated
accounting systems

The
purpose of the job is to provide support to concern unit head in order to
smoothen the DP related functionalities. The employee shall ensure effective
functioning of the unit activities, measured by timely and precise delivery of
services thereby maximizing customer satisfaction.

and Responsibilities
- To
facilitate in terms of handling core DP related task such as DIS, EDIS,
Pledge/ Unpledge / DRN, BO-to-BO transfer, family transfer and death
transfer.
- To handle
DP related issues and communicate with brokers, CDSC, Nabil Bank branches
and/or SEBON as per need.

all the designated software related to DP.
- To
facilitate all the tasks related to Mero share.
