Job Description
General requirements
> Follow the business and lender processes to submit the loan applications (for a purchase or refinance in Australia) and drive it to settlement with full ownership and proactiveness.
> Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to drive the file to settlement.
> Provide excellent customer service including but not limited to timely update to clients and brokers.
> Work efficiently in a high pressure and volume of files while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
> Perform in a dynamic and multi cultural team environment.
> Assist brokers to focus on sales by taking full ownership of the files submitted to a lender.
> Ensure that each file is compliant to the business process, lender process and industry regulations such as Best Interests Duty, National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP Act) and any other regulations that are introduced in the industry.
> Achieve various legal, compliance, credit and customer service standards in each file.
> Understand the urgency of the file and prioritise the task to be performed.
> Be updated with the latest business, lender and industry regulatories process and requirements so that the file processing is not delayed due to rework or missing out to fulfill a requirement.
> Take additional challenges as and when required.
