Location: Inside and Outside Valley Branches
Experience Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development banks in the area (s) of Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with thorough understanding of Compliance and Risk.
Leadership and Management Skills Requirements:
- High level of Salesmanship.
- High level of enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Good understanding of risks and mitigation measures.
Relationship Manager – Assistant to Supervisor – Few
Location:
Inside Valley: Kuleshwor Branch, Nakkhu Branch, Jagati Branch, Gwarko Branch and Kalanki Branch
Outside Valley: Amarsingh Branch, Baglung, Branch Dhungepatan Branch, Waling Branch, Nijgadh Branch, Birgunj Branch, Bardibas Branch, Lahan Branch, Butwal Branch, Damak Branch, Biratnagar Branch, Urlabari Branch, Pathari Branch, Dumkibas Branch, Khurkhure Branch, Sukkhad Branch and Dhangadhi Branch.
Experience Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit and Deposit marketing.
Salesmanship and Relationship Skills Requirement:
- Positive attitude towards target and dynamic sales spirits.
- Support branch for generating new business/relationship/product/strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to build rapport with customers.
Contractual Staff – Few
Location:

Experience Criteria:
- Preference shall be given to applicants having prior experience in Sales as Outsourced/contractual staff in other Bank and Financial Institutions.
Age and Academic Criteria
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Assistant to Officer level and a minimum of 50% in intermediate in Management/Economics or related field for Contractual Staff.
- Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level, 30 years for Assistant Level and 28 years for contractual staff.
Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from the shortlisted candidates.
