Responsibilities
·
To
support regular reviews and provide creative feedback of App, Web portal
development.
·
To
support the design and development of any other new system requirements that
may affect the app, websites, and web portals
·
Identifying
opportunities to leverage and optimize internal tools and technology to improve
business processes
·
Participate
in the development process from definition, through design, build, test,
release, and maintenance.
·
To
execute the actions & report weekly or as instructed by the mentor or
functional head.
·
Support
in Enterprise application monitoring, Jira ticket handling, Technical issue
handling for call center forwarded calls
Qualifications/Experiences
·
Final
year/semester students of Bachelor or master’s in computer engineering/
Computer Application/ Information Technology OR Individuals who have cleared
Professional degree in the relevant subject within past 2 years.

Some
Programming Knowledge
·
Knowledge
of APP and Website
