Position: Ncell Trainee – Technology (Network
Planning and Strategy)
Technology
(Network Planning and Strategy)
Perform
IREG test with partners for launching commercial roaming service.
·
Perform
IREG tests for voice and data for outbound and inbound in order to launch new
roaming agreements.
·
Monitor
voice, data roaming KPIs, and quality test and report in case of abnormalities
·
Perform
the ad-hoc tests with partners for increasing the performance.
·
Support
in troubleshooting the customer complaints received from inbound and outbound
subscribers coming through internal and customer care.
Qualifications/Experiences
·
At
least final year/semester Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electronics/Computer
Engineering students OR Individuals who have completed Professional degree in
the relevant subject within past 2 years.
·
Basic
knowledge about GSM, LTE technologies
·
Basic
Signaling and protocols knowledge
Requirements
·
Excellent
personal and professional record in college or previous employment.
·
Should
have relevant functional knowledge and skillsets
·
Excellent
knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and relevant functional tools and
applications
·
Should
be able to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
·
Should
be creative and able to explore various subject matters
·
Should
be proficient in English and Nepali – both written and oral

the test with a number of partners as per commercial requirements.
