Sonapur Minerals and oil limited has appointed NIBL Ace capital Limited as its issue manager for IPO(Initial Public offering ). Sonapur Minerals and oil Limited is the largest cement manufacture in Wastern Nepal.

- the agreement was signed on January 20 ,2021 between Mr. Dipesh Tayal (Managing Director, Sonapur Minerals and oil Ltd). Mr Mekh Bahadur Thapa (Deputy Chief executive officer (NIBL ace capital Ltd ) and Mr .Sachindra Dhungana (Assistant General Manager NIBL Ace capital Ltd).
