Human Resource Manager Required No.(s): 1 (One) Term & Location: Fixed-term until December 2019 with possible extension; based in Kathmandu Responsible for pro-actively ensuring adequate policies, procedures and systems are in place and their consistent use across the Nepal Country Office; assist the HR &Admin Director in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, strengthening HR system and implementing organisational change, talent management, succession planning, policies, procedures on recruitment, payroll, HR administration and Oracle HR system. | Master in Human Resource Management /Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field Minimum 7 years of experience (5 years for GSI group)' in managing HR functions (preferably in an INGO or development organization). |
Project Coordinator- Healthy Transitions for NepaliYouth Program (HTNYP) Required No.(s): 1 (One) Term & Location: Fixed-term until December 2019 with possible extension; based in Kalikot Responsible for management of planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of RMNH/ASRH activities in project district of Nepal; support in government health system strengthening and national reproductive maternal & neonatal health, adolescent and child health-related programs. | Master in Public Health (MPH) / Nursing/ Social Science and related subject Minimum 3 years' experience (2 years for GS! group)* in leading and managing Adolescent, MNCH projects and programs. |
