a) Master’s degree with 5 years of work experience in in cooperative’s institutional development, management, reinforcement and microfinance.
b) Proficient in Nepali and English language
c) Special preference to candidates having 2 wheeler driving license

Position: Field Trainer

No. of vacancies: 8
Duration: 3 years
Location: Project operating districts (Surkhet, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Salyan, West Rukum, Kalikot, Jumla and Mugu)
Minimum academic qualification, work experience and other qualifications:
a) Master’s degree (minimum 2 years experience) or Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years experience), 10+2/Intermediate (minimum 5 years experience) with experience in cooperative’s institutional development, management, reinforcement and microfinance.
b) Special preference to candidates having 2 wheeler driving license.
c) Special preference to the candidates from disadvantaged communities.
