We are looking for potential Nepalese candidates to fill out the following positions based in Bardibas, East Field Office of World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal):
1. Project Manager- “Inclusive Playful Parenting for Brighter Childhood (IPP4BD) [One]”
The Project Manager is expected to lead “Inclusive Playful Parenting for Brighter Childhood (IPP4BD)” project in compliance with WVI Nepal’s policies, and quality standards. Under the guidance of Sectors and Operations, the Project Manager is responsible for overall project management including project implementation, stakeholder engagement, people management, monitoring, and documentation and learning capturing.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience required: Master’s degree in Education or Public Health or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Education or Public Health with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Field Finance Coordinator [One]
The position will be responsible for providing project financial management including financial review, analysis, reporting, and donor compliance as well as support and coaching to WVI Nepal’s NGO Partners and ensure all Partner NGO’s adhere required compliance, which includes financial recording, payment and disbursements; procurement review; distribution, monitoring and reporting as per tools with at least 70% visit to the field/Project locations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accountancy with at least 3 years’ experience in similar field.
MEAL Coordinator [One]
The purpose of this position is to ensure all the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) function under LEGO project. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data, conducts quality monitoring visits, develop and implement quality benchmarks and programme implementation follow implementation guidelines. S/he is also responsible for rolling out the system in the Partner NGO’s and ensure data are recorded and reported with quality.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience required: Two to three years of experience on MEAL with substantial years of experience on managing information management system. Bachelor degree in Social Science, Statistics, Development Studies, Public health and other relevant field. Master degree preferred.
